"Hints" are the texts that can display in the lower-left corner of various tools within VSys One. By entering your own texts you can give explicit instruction to your users on how this specific VSys One tool should be used and include in those instructions your organization-specific rules.
Define your own hints by clicking on User hints under on the Setup panel.
To define a hint for a tool, click on Add user hint. Select the Tool from the list then enter your text. Once done, click Save. You'll have to restart VSys for these changes to take effect.
These changes are stored in your VSys One database and affect all users.
