To work with all banned people at once, from the main VSys screen, go to the Applicant screening panel then click on View/edit banned people.
Tools
Add person |
Brings up the person lookup tool to find or create the person to be marked as banned. |
Reports |
Reports specific to banned people with their personal data and photos where available. |
On the right-click menu
Add to banned list |
Brings up the person lookup tool to find or create the person to be marked as banned. |
View |
Opens this person in read-only mode. |
Edit |
Opens this person for editing. |
Remove from banned list |
Marks this person as not banned, and removes him/her from this list. |
