What language is VSys One developed in?

The Windows portion is written in Delphi, VSys Web (the synchronized, older version) is written in Ruby on Rails, and VSys Live is written in Java and uses a middleware layer (VOXI) written in Delphi which provides all of the VSys One business logic.
