Credit interviewees with volunteer hours

If this is checked, when an interview is marked as completed, VSys will credit the interviewee with hours in this job, multiplying the scheduled duration of the interview times the hours ratio. For example, a one hour interview with an hours ratio of 50% would net the interviewee 0.50 volunteer hours.
