These options define how long VSys retains completed applications on the VSys Web server.
Setting "0" here means they will be retained forever.

Delete unconfirmed applications... |
Delete applications which have been submitted by volunteers online, but which have not been confirmed by the volunteer's clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail. |
Delete returned applications... |
Delete applications which were downloaded and processed in VSys, but returned to the volunteer for updates which have not been made. |
Applications downloaded into VSys itself are retained forever within VSys. These settings affect only applications in the MySQL database.
