There are two award record pipelines available:

Field	Description or sample
Description	Description of the award. Defaults to the award type's description but can be overridden.
Comments
Type	Award type's description.
Status	"`System created`", "`Nominated`", "`Pending`", "`Awarded`", "`Denied`" or "`Skipped`"
Nominated	Date nominated.
Awarded	Date awarded (blank if status is not "`Awarded`").
