The VSys Support Session tool is similar to GoToAssist in concept: it provides chat and remote desktop viewing/control when initiated by the end user. It differs in that it's built into VSys One itself rather than requiring the installation of a plugin and in that it does not involve a third-party server like Citrix.
All communications between your systems and ours are encrypted. They're encrypted "end-to-end" which means that the screens are encrypted by your workstation, remain encrypted across the Internet and are only unencrypted when they reach our support gateway server, safe within our local network. This means that no third party, whether an Internet provider, or anyone listening in on the connection, can actually see and understand what's being shown.
VSys Support Session does not include any functionality for uploading or downloading files, does not require installation of any software other than VSys One itself, and only runs when it's started by the user from within VSys One. A support session does not involve the transfer of any files from your network to ours, and your data doesn't get sent to us, just a view of your desktop. Everything that's done is always visible to you, and when you close VSys One the connection to us is dropped and we can no longer see or do anything on your systems.
