Skills are a person's talents, or at least those which are applicable to your organization. VSys comes with many built-in skills, and you can define new ones or delete unneeded ones as appropriate. You can search for people by skill, and VSys uses each person's skills when trying to find someone to automatically assign to a job.
Define skills from the Setup panel by clicking on the Skills link. Use the Add skill link to define a new skill, or right-click a skill to edit, view or delete it.
Deleting a skill removes that skill from all people who currently have it.
Skills are stored by internal codes, not by name. Renaming a skill renames it for all people who have that skill.
