Registering People

A person must first be registered before you can work with him in a project or give him assignments. There are three primary ways of registering someone into a project:

• The Registration Wizard, which walks you through adding a person. Get to this by selecting the project and then from the Data entry panel clicking on Register people with the registration wizard.
• Open the Delegations panel, select a delegation, then add people either By role or From a list on the left navigation bar.
• An application form.

People can also be registered as a side-effect. When assigning people to job slots and the person you're assigning is not yet registered, VSys will let you immediately add the person to the project right then and there.
