Eligibility/intake checklists look at multiple attributes of a person, and the presence and status of those attributes defines an overall status attached to a person.
The attributes for inclusion are:
Application forms
Assignments
Certifications
Interviews
Job associations
Trainings
Lists
Complex rules (one or more of any of the above).
The checklists can then be used to:
Track a new volunteer's status through the intake/on-boarding process, "know" what the volunteer is still missing
Report on what aspects of volunteers are going to expire and when
