On the Tools tab are several special rights.
Special jobs rights
Edit/delete attachments |
Even with setup rights to a job, this right is required in order to edit the attachments associated with a job. |
Special people rights
Add comments to people even without edit rights |
If a user has this right, she can add comments to a person even if she does not have edit rights to that person. Note that possessing this right does not allow her to edit or delete existing comments. |
Change person status |
Without this right, even having edit rights to a person does not allow a user to change a person's Status. |
De-ban people |
Required right to remove the Banned attribute from a person. |
Edit/delete attachments |
Even if a user has edit rights to a person, she cannot edit or delete that person's attachments without this right. |
Remove people job exclusions |
Even if a user has edit rights to a person, she cannot remove any job exclusions without this right. (She can add new job exclusions, however.) |
Remove people restrictions |
Even if a user has edit rights to a person, she cannot remove any restrictions from that person without this right. (She can add new restrictions, however.) |
