When you insert a user field, you'll find a special type of data field, the availability checkbox. These fields encapsulate multiple days of availability in a single, user-friendly field. For example, you can define a field Monday mornings, which sets the volunteer as available every Monday through the end of the year, or one indicating that they're available all day Monday through Friday.
