Custom calendars for the display of all manner of arbitrary items in VSys Live.

Action Links
This version adds the VSys Live concept of "Action links" which combine an action block (such as job lookup) with a set of parameters (fields, options, merge templates, etc.) and make these links available as menu items and in custom HTML blocks & merge templates:

The job lookup action link will, unless told otherwise, now sort high priority items to the top of the list; supports allowing or preventing lookup by slot, open schedule job and recurring assignment; can now be configured to stay on the same page after selecting an opportunity.

Added "Upload file", used by a volunteer/applicant to upload a file to their own profile
Added "View/lookup schedules" which supports searching for and displaying job slots and/or assignments by job, location, date, supervisor and volunteer. This tool is not part of the standard VSys Live license and/or implementation!
Added "Update password" and "Update login"; both of these use virtual applications in VSys Live and are available using menu items and action links.
Applications in VSys Live
Now support:
Field validation that requires the field match some other field's value.
Field types "Hyperlink" and "Hyperlink (tested)".
Fields which require both e-mail *and* regular expression validation.
Regular expression content replacement, e.g. to find and suppress SSNs added in inappropriate fields when applications are posted.
Becoming read-only on a specific dates.
Using visibility rules.
Optionally automatically updating all prior applications of the same type from "Pending" --> "Duplicated".
When used for new people, the option "When checking for duplicate IDs, check the e-mail addresses of other people, too".
"Default handler" as an application property.
Text and memo custom application fields can now have explicitly-defined max character counts.
Application processing and visibility rules now support:
Formula evaluation based on the internal (non-displayed) codes for checklists and combo boxes.
Optionally creating/updating a certification, setting exactly one field to a user-provided value. Effective date will always be the current date, and expiration will be calculated based on the effective date if applicable.
When designing:
The drag & drop field listing now shows its items alphabetically.
Now includes a "Preview" link that shows an example of how the application may look in a browser.
Improves the editing of user label fields.
Individual or checked fields can now be copied to the Windows clipboard and pasted into other applications.
Certain VSys fields can now be designated "Read-only if used by an existing person and field is not blank"; this is only applicable if the application is available for both new and existing people.
Pages can now redirect the user to any other page.
Conditionals now support access to profile fields (such as the new "New person" field) even when those fields are not present on the application itself.
Dynamic layout applications can now also be used as desktop applications, including variable field visibility.
Job/slot combo boxes within applications (inline job signup) now support limiting the number of values shown.
If a user accesses an application virtual page that requires the user to be logged in, and logs in from that page using the standard login block, they will be redirected back to the original application page if login succeeds.

Hours
Added new mechanism for external approval of pending volunteer hours using VSys Live; note that this is an extra-cost module.
In VSys Live self-hours entry, added options for job exclusions, showing jobs "flat", and setting the redirect page to "." (without the quotes) now returns to the current tool after posting hours.
"Self hours-entry" and "Bulk self-hours entry" tools in VSys Live now default the job and location fields to the values associated with the most recently posted hours record for the given volunteer.
Images
In VSys Live image galleries, can now load images from an external URL.
Added the VSys Live concept of defined logos in the site's setup. These logos are pointers to actual images (gallery, named and icons) and can be used in pages, CSS, settings, merge templates, custom HTML, etc. Changing a site's logo(s) changes all of the places that reference that logo.
When editing VSys Live images, can now add/edit/create image types with the images themselves.
Jobs
VSys Live sites can now optionally include global kiosk walkup checkin jobs as checkin options.
When 1+ VSys Live sites with their own walkup checkin jobs exist, the Assisted Checkin Tool now supports selecting a VSys Live site's settings to use.
Job groups now support the property "No self-entry of hours via VSys Live".
Open schedule jobs now have the property "Don't show for lookup on VSys Live".
Added a new VSys Live setting for assignment checkin to prevent checkin via job association if 1+ assignments are available for checkin.
Open schedule jobs now support setting the start and end dates for the job associations that they create.
Job lookup tools, suggested job listing and open schedule jobs listing support filtering on high priority items.
Job lookup now respects the job association start and end dates, if present, defined within open schedule jobs.
Job signup, when used with the "Job lookup" action link, can now restrict signup to only jobs for which the user has an active and current job association for the job or job group (configurable option).
Enabled back-to-back check out/check in on VSys Live.
VSys Live merge templates for open schedule jobs can now include a link to a VSys Live application that, if the open schedule job is available in a job slot combo box on that application, automatically selects that open schedule job in the application itself.
Setup
Site settings define rules for allowing volunteers to self-credit assignments/enter assignment results from the volunteer's calendar; note that this requires a custom merge template that adds the appropriate links.
Added new advanced system setting "Allow phone numbers as VSys Live login IDs".
Added kiosk and VSys Live login settings to allow VSys to automatically assign new PINs to people from PIN gaps between existing people and not just as one greater than the numerically largest existing PIN
Pages now support internal comments not displayed to the world.
When editing VSys Live pages, can now add/edit/create page groupings with the pages themselves; new and edited pages are also available immediately within other pages as templates/etc. without having to save first.
VSys Live placeholder pages can now specify that instructions be shown "nowhere".
Sites now support the concept of banned IP addresses.
A VSys Live site's "Other settings", now supports explicit prefixes for VSys Live-generated links to pages, images and file downloads.
