Open the Accounts and outcomes setup tool from the Setup panel.
Click the Add account/outcome link to define a new account. Within that account, give it a description and an account type. Account records can be filtered and reported by both account and account type, so use the account type to group the accounts together in a meaningful way for reporting later. Account numbers are not used by VSys itself, but VSys will report account records by these values if entered.
Integration ID is available as a reportable field when reporting on account records; it's useful only under very specific circumstances.
Changing an account's account type affects all existing account records which are associated with that account. VSys will not let you delete accounts for which one or more account records already exist.
