This report prints a list of all volunteers who have hours in the past, but none in the last sixty days. It is easily customizable by adjusting the filters used in Hours volunteered and in First volunteer hours. The first includes only people who have no hours in the last sixty days; the second includes only people with hours at least sixty days in the past. The two together get you all volunteers with past hours, but none recently.
