You can search for people to fill a job by searching on what they can do, what they want to do, and when they're available. Click on the Skills/preferences/availability link on the left navigation bar to bring up these options.
Use any or all of the Groups, People types, Skills, Availability and Job preferences filters to find people. The all of hyperlink tells VSys that the people in the search must have all of the options that you check. If it's set to some of then they only need to have at least one of your selected options. (Click the all of hyperlink to change it to some of, and vice-versa.)
The Filter by name field will narrow down the list by name.
