You can allow volunteers to send messages back to staff via the VSys Kiosk interface. Define categories of questions that volunteers might need to ask, or messages they need to send (e.g. "general", "complaints") and they will come to you in VSys via incoming messages.
There are two requirements for configuring VSys to allow these messages:
The first part of this task is to enable the option to send messages from the kiosk. From the VSys One home screen, go to the Kiosk panel and select Kiosk setup. Under the Basics section, check Allow volunteers to send messages via the kiosk.
