Timeclock integration is not part of your VSys One licenses. A license to use the Timeclock integration tool must be purchased separately and the tool is then enabled in VSys One when the proper serial number is entered.
Using the Timeclock integration tool, VSys One can accept clock records from various timekeeping system, including Kronos. This lets your volunteers check in and out using the same badges and timeclocks that your employees use.
The Timeclock integration tool is one-way, meaning that VSys imports data that it's handed from your timekeeping system, but VSys sends no data back.
Most records coming in from your timekeeping system will not have job or location properties. This means that VSys will have to determine what job to credit the hours to based on the person's properties (assignments, hours, job associations), the time of day and your settings.
If VSys isn't sure how to credit the volunteer or when the hours could go to more than one job, VSys will log the issue and post the record for you to manually verify later.
Timeclock Integration used to be called the Kronos Integration in previous versions, but was renamed to reflect the fact that it can work with almost any timekeeping system.
