After you've gotten your settings the way you want them, you'll probably want to save those settings for future use. The Load/save settings link saves the settings to the database, but the database itself may be overwritten if you start again from scratch. Use the Load settings from disk file and Save settings to disk file links to save and reload those settings outside the database where they're unaffected by the database being overwritten.
