This task downloads the latest excluded individuals file from the HHS/Office of Inspector General Excluded Individual website, updating that list within VSys. It performs the same action that updating the exclusions file does manually.
This tool can only update the OIG/HHS file. Due to restrictions placed on the sam.gov site, VSys is not permitted to automatically download the SAM file.
