To summarize volunteers by age ranges rather than by specific ages, you can define one or more age group rules. For each age group rule you create, VSys will include a reportable field for people "Age group (xyz)", where "xyz" is the name of the age group rule. In the example below we've defined two age group rules. For each rule, define the age groups by entering the list of starting ages separated by commas. For the field "Age group (Detailed rules)", a volunteer who's 21 will have the value "21-29", where that same volunteer would have "18-64" in the field "Age group (Local rules)".
