Accessing RemoteApp on a mobile device (Apple iOS and Android) requires installing Microsoft's RD Client app on that device first. (You only need to do it once.)
Download and Install the Microsoft RD Client app from the appropriate app store for your device.
Run the RD Client app.
Click the + icon in the upper right. and click on select Remote Resource Feed.
Enter the URL we provide to you. It will be something like this: https://xyz.hostedvsys.com/RDWeb/Feed/webfeed.aspx.
Add the user account provided to you.
You should now be able to launch VSys One products from the APPS page.
