This isn't technically a "tool", but a listing of your reports - both current and recent - and useful for downloading results and for re-running the same report, possibly with some changed values.
For any given report,

If present, shows the results of the report. |
View results |
If present, links to a viewable listing of the records in the report. Only available for Custom column reports and Advanced exporter results. |
Confirm/reject |
See below. |
Run again |
Opens the same (or a similar) tool as was used to run the report the first time, and lets you change the settings to run it again. |
Cancel |
If the report hasn't been run yet, this cancels it and the report won't be processed. |
