In various places in VSys Anywhere, you'll see data that shows as a table.
Using tables
Click on a column header, in this case "Recipient", to change the order of the values shown. Click the same column again to change it from ascending (A-Z) order to descending (Z-A). The arrow indicates which column is currently sorted.
The Search field at the top does a full-text search through all of the rows in the table, even those on other pages.
Click Print, Excel or PDF to print or export the data in this table. (The buttons available depend on how your system administrator configured the datatable.)
Use the numbered buttons at the bottom to move from one page to another.
In some cases the table may be shown with "smooth" scrolling. That is, there will be no page buttons at the bottom and the scroll bars will move you through all of the records without explicitly navigating from one page to another.
Hints
The contents and layout of these tables will vary by tool, and in many cases can be configured via the tool profile or action link.
VSys Anywhere uses datatables to generate these. Your system administrator will configure the options and display properties of those datatables.
Missing a column that you think should be visible? VSys Anywhere will almost always hide empty columns in these tables.
