VSys One: Volunteer Management Software

HHS/Office of Inspector General/SAM Excluded Individuals (VSys Anywhere)

The VSys Anywhere Excluded Individuals tool is roughly the equivalent of its VSys One counterpart.

From within the Excluded Individuals tool, select one or more match statuses:

• Pending: individuals that VSys has identified in your data that may represent an excluded individual, but which require manual checking.
• No match: individuals that VSys previously identified as possibly excluded individuals, but which you've confirmed are not a match, i.e. the volunteer is not the excluded person.
• Excluded person: individuals that VSys previously identified as possibly excluded individuals that you've confirmed are matches.

Optionally filter on Groups and or People types, then click Search.

Click on Edit to update the status of the possible match, or on a volunteer's name to open their profile in a new window.

To find new potential matches, you'll still need to use the finding matches tool in VSys One. and you'll still update the exclusions file in VSys One as well.
