DOB Field

Need to capture a person's month and day of birth, but not the year? (This would usually be for privacy reasons.) Put the DOB field on the application, and check the setting Edit date as month + day only. When submitted with valid values, VSys will assemble these to set the person's date of birth to that month and day in the year 1901:

• The first leap year in the 20th century, so February 29th is valid,
• and also far enough back that you're unlikely to have active volunteers at 119 years old!
