If this is checked, when an interview is marked as completed, VSys will credit the interviewee with hours in this job, multiplying the scheduled duration of the interview times the hours ratio. For example, a thirty minute interview with an hours ratio of 100% would net the interviewee half an hour of volunteer hours. |
