Opportunity Recruiting: Setup Application(s)

Opportunity recruiting using this method requires one or more custom application forms:

• For new volunteers, an application valid for new people (Usage of Both existing and new people or New applicants only),
• For existing volunteers, an application valid for existing people (Usage of Both existing and new people or Existing people only).

Application properties

For both, Open schedule jobs must be set to Open schedule jobs only (in which case VSys Live will prevent anyone from using this application without having first selected a valid open schedule job or using a valid permalink to one) or (any) (in which case VSys allows the form to be used with or without an open schedule job). If you've selected Open schedule jobs only you can set a custom Error message to show; anyone using the application without a valid open schedule job will be shown that message instead of the generic When unavailable message.

No special fields are required on the application itself: VSys handles creating the job association automatically when the application is submitted.
