The main benefit to using custom applications with VSys Web is that your volunteers can input and update their own data. Rather than having them fill out paper forms and having your office staff input or update the information, the volunteer can do it himself. The connection in VSys Live updates the information automatically if you chose to give your volunteers that option. Unlike VSys Web, when a volunteer updates his information in VSys Live, the existing data (e.g. address, name, etc.) will show for him to edit, rather than requiring that he start from a blank application.
