Remote Support Sessions

VSys One technical support can help you remotely using either of two tools:

General

Both of these are always user-initiated, this means that tech support cannot "reach into" your network or your machines, you need to "reach out" and initiate the support session. Our team can't access your desktop or anything else on your machines unless you first start the connection process. When you stop that connection no one can re-start it but you.
