Eligibility/intake checklists look at multiple attributes of a person and the presence and status of those attributes defines an overall status attached to a person.
The attributes for inclusion are:
Application forms
Assignments
Certifications
Interviews
Job associations
Trainings
Lists
Complex rules (one or more of any of the above).
The checklists can then be used to:
Track a new volunteer's status through the intake/on-boarding process, with not just that they're complete or not but also "knowing" what the volunteer is still missing
Report on what aspects of volunteers are going to expire and when
