Kronos integration is not part of your VSys One licenses. A license to use the Kronos integration tool must be purchased separately and the tool is then enabled in VSys One when the proper serial number is entered.
Using the Kronos integration tool, VSys One can accept clock records from your Kronos timekeeping system. This lets your volunteers check in and out using the same Kronos badges and timeclocks that your employees use.
The Kronos integration tool is one-way, meaning that VSys imports data that it's handed from Kronos, but VSys sends no data back to Kronos.
Most records coming in from Kronos will not have job or location properties. This means that VSys will have to determine what job to credit the hours to based on the person's properties (assignments, hours, job associations), the time of day and your settings.
If VSys isn't sure how to credit the volunteer or when the hours could go to more than one job, VSys will log the issue and post the record for you to manually verify later.
