Setting Up Ownership Tags

Define ownership tags using the Ownership tags link in Security manager. In this example we've defined four tags: one for each department, plus one applicable only to application forms for Department 2.

We haven't given anyone rights to these ownership tags or associated them with any objects, and that's not done here. After we've defined the ownership tags, we'll:

1. Give users rights to them
2. Define the default ownership tags created for each user
3. Assign ownership tags to objects.
