The Sign In block should be placed on your template page, or on the main page. It shows the fields for logging into VSys Live (User ID and Password) if no one is logged in. If someone is already logged in, it will be invisible.
In its options you'll see the Show the 'Forgot password?' link on sign in field. Check that option to allow site visitors to do a password reset for themselves.
