This version shows, for each of these job slots, exactly who has assignments, and what times those assignments run.
Here we can see why Home Meal Delivery shows as "Partial": there are two people in it, but the Assigned field knows that the lowest count of people during the duration of the job slot is zero (10am-11:45am), hence it shows "0" here.
