When you search for a report you will be given a list of built-in and saved reports to select from. If this does not appear, use the Load settings link on the left navigation bar to force it to appear.
Tips:
Type in a description of the report or any keywords into the Search field at the bottom and VSys will show the reports which match those search terms. Double-click on any report to use it, or click on it then click on the Select button.
Checking Ignore groupings will list all reports together sorted by whatever column you select, without grouping them by type.
Checking Don't separate recent reports will hide the "(recently used)" grouping, instead showing reports that you've accessed recently in their grouping rather than at the top.
Click on the Load from a file button to load a saved report which was sent by e-mail or that is saved on a disk somewhere.
