A few things to know if you are going to use job associations:
Setup and enabling
To use job associations they need to be first enabled in your System preferences and feature enabling on the Feature enabling panel. This setup allows you to automatically create job associations via hours.
Bulk Job association tools
There are two tools in VSys for working with Job associations in bulk:
Job association reports
Job association reports detail job associations, and the people with them, and optionally their contact information and information about their supervisors.
