Letter template groups work one level above letter types. By assigning a letter template group to a letter template it's easy to organize a large number of templates. You can cluster letters into functional groups even when they are different types. To define letter template groups click on Setup letter template groups within the Letter templates setup tool. When one or more letter template groups are defined, each letter template can then be assigned to a letter template group. In the Letter templates setup tool those templates will then be grouped by their letter template group instead of by letter type. The Type column will display the template's letter type.
