Eligibility checklists can be used as filters in:
"Virtual" eligibility checklists don't need to actually be present for a person. If the checklist is required, and the person meets the rules for the checklist (Group, Type, etc.), VSys will evaluate the checklist's rules without creating or saving the checklist.
