Job/location attachments are used to associate files with jobs and/or locations. These attachments can then be included in e-mails sent to volunteers where those e-mails include certain special fields.
These are not like regular e-mail attachments: if all you want to do is attach the same file or files to all e-mails of a particular type, you can use simple e-mail attachments. These attachments here are special. Instead of putting the same attachments on every e-mail, they include the attachments that are needed based on the assignments within the e-mail.
