VSys Anywhere is the browser-based administration tool for VSys One. Unlike VSys Live, which is focused on volunteer signup and self-management, VSys Anywhere is for your staff to use.
VSys Anywhere is:
Based on the VSys Live architecture, but is not VSys Live: it requires its own separate licensing.
Not for use by volunteers. VSys Live lets volunteers manage only themselves, where VSys Anywhere gives access (subject to security rights) to all of the people in the system.
Not a complete replacement for VSys One. It provides a lot of the functions that VSys One does - scheduling, profile editing, hours entry, communications, most setup tools - but not everything. This means that you'll still need a few superusers with access to VSys One to do the setup of heavy items like tool profiles, report design, security management, and the setup of VSys Live/Live Kiosk and Anywhere itself.
You'll see that the documentation here doesn't tell you where in VSys Anywhere to find any specific tools: how VSys Anywhere is set up for you will usually be different from anyone else since it's more likely to use a custom tool profile.
