Lists (VSys Anywhere)

VSys Anywhere lets you create regular lists, but not Intellilists - you need VSys One for those.

• Use the filters at the top to search for lists; click Refresh to load them.
• Click Create new to make a new list from scratch.
• For any individual list, click People on list to see who's currently on it, plus add/remove from the list. Or click Edit to edit the list's properties.

List properties

You can't delete a list from within VSys Anywhere, but if you set its Expires date, it will go away on its own when that date has passed.

People on list

• To add someone to the list, type in a name, phone number, e-mail address, etc. then click Search. Select the person then click Add. (Not applicable to Intellilists.)
• To remove someone, click the Remove link. (Not applicable to Intellilists.)

Note that adding or removing people takes effect immediately; there is no Save button.

Person Lookup

You can also create lists from the Person Lookup tool! If there's an Edit lists link, click that, then on Create new list. The list you create will automatically have the selected person added to it.
