Require slot edit security rights to job |
Checking this enforces the security rule that the user must have "Slot edit" rights to the underlying job in order to edit any slots here. |
Allow editing, Allow deleting |

Allow editing even if 1+ volunteers assigned |
Normally if any volunteers are assigned to a slot, the slot can't be edited here. If this is checked VSys will let you edit the slot; any assignments linked to the slot will automatically be adjusted. |
Allow duplicating |
If checked, links are shown allowing you to duplicate individual slots. |
Inline editing |
If checked, editing is done in the grid instead of using an Edit popup window. |
Allow display of custom fields in listing |
If this is checked, the user will get a checklist of custom fields applicable to job slots; the fields they select will show in the listing along with other fields. |
Client editing |
Advanced/unsupported; see clients. |
Filters |
These are the filters that show at the top of the tool. If any of these are checked, only those filters will be displayed; if none are checked, all filters are available. |
Columns |
If chosen, the columns here will be the only ones shown in the tool. |
