The Edit Slots tool lets you work with job slots in bulk.
Put in your filters on Jobs, Locations, etc. then click Search.
This tool can be configured with "inline" editing:
Inline editing: You'll edit slots by clicking directly on them in the listing (you can change the Date, Start, Duration, delete the slot, Count, and whether it's visible in VSys Live). You have to click Save at the bottom for any of your changes to take effect.
Simple editing: If you're not editing inline, you'll get an Edit link for each slot, and clicking Save in that popup editor saves the slot.
Waitlists
For slots with one or more waitlisted volunteers, VSys will list those waitlisted volunteers in order and include the Edit waitlist link.
