Job activities create "virtual" hours records: records that you don't see in most places in VSys and which don't count towards awards or other goals for the volunteer. This is because by definition these hours records overlap the "real" hours record, and are designed solely for you to report and analyze.
In an example here, we're going to export hours records into Excel, and include the "Virtual" properties of those records. Notice that we set the filter Virtual hours to "(no filter)": this can be used to report solely on or exclude virtual hours records.
(This screenshot intentionally hides many filters that aren't relevant here such as Exclude people, Jobs, etc.)

Notes:
We could run this data through a summary/crosstab report, limiting it to just virtual hours records, to extract interesting information about the job activities performed. Or we could include values like Visitors met and Visits (they're under Accounts and outcomes for the hours records) to get metrics about those individual activities.
