Supervisor Swap Tool - this directly updates the supervisor property of job slots, assignments, job associations, job groups and open schedule jobs; for jobs definitions (which support 0+ explicit supervisors) it removes the "Existing supervisors" list and then adds "New supervisor". Note that this tool is experimental and has the capacity to update - in a permanent way! - many thousands of records of multiple types, and should be restricted to superusers only.
Updated VSys Anywhere tools
Intellilists setup now supports testing and seeing the results of the list's criteria.
Custom application design tool supports configuring of application processing rules.
Create open interviews is enhanced.
Application setup now supports application attachments.
Jobs setup now supports job attachments, select-a-start and slot coverage, editing the job's hourly value plus enabling and defaulting of miles, and editing a job's VSys Live invitation code(s).
Surveys and application form setup now also supports configuration of field visibility rules within these tools.
Awards Manager and Award nominations tools now optionally support inline editing of new/existing awards
Certification definitions now supports filtering on ownership tags; now clearly indicates when a new but unsaved attachment is in place; added the properties Read-only and Read-only but allow import using Interactive File Importer for individual fields,
Locations setup now indicates security ownership tags as appropriate, assigning a full address to a location, and editing the directions and custom fields properties of locations.
Letter Manager now supports viewing individual letters as PDF, plus bulk operations on multiple letters at once if "Inline editing" is not enabled; now supports various people-based filters plus an option to only show records associated with people for whom the current user has rights.
Application approval manager, when viewing a submitted application, the application's auto-processing log (if present) is now visible; now applies security ownership tag filters to the Handlers list if present; if this field is present and no options are selected (implying "no filter"), then
results are filtered to only include the options available to the user; when editing the results of a submitted application, security ownership tag restrictions are now applied to the Handler field.
Most VSys Anywhere tools used for editing items within VSys Live sites (e.g. action links, menus, agreements, etc.) can now have the permitted list of sites on which the tool can be used limited as a setting in the tool profile
Custom fields setup now supports assigning job and group limits to fields.
Password update tool now properly displays user instructions; adds the option to include a password strength meter
Various VSys Anywhere tools (slots setup, assignments approval inline, bulk assignments editing, who's missing, who's checked in) now support showing mouseover hints for people referenced in the displayed results.
The schedule lookup tool - within VSys Anywhere - if no ownership tags are defined for jobs then the option to require rights based on those is unavailable, but may have still been enforced behind the scenes; that is resolved (no ownership tags for jobs --> no filtering on those), and additional diagnostics are now included in the VOXI logs.
Attachments Approval Manager, when editing an attachment, will now open JPEG and PNG files directly in the browser
Hours entry tool now supports the setting Allow both "Start time"/"End time" and "Start time"/"Duration"; when enabled, VSys shows both an end time and a duration for each record, allowing the user to provide one or both values, and throwing an error if neither is provided or if both are provided and they conflict.
Letter templates now supports defining a single subletter.
VSys Live recurring interviews now support assigning fixed comments to each item, as does the Create open interviews tool.
Who's checked in tool now supports bulk checking out multiple records at once.
Who's missing tool now supports optionally setting an override start date/time, where assignments are shown if they start on or after that time; now optionally supports checking in multiple records at one time.
Supervisors setup tool now indicates, for each supervisor, how/why that person is a supervisor.
General
Many VSys Anywhere tools - including the person lookup tool - now support "See tracked changes".
When a date field is focused, hitting the T keyboard key will now change the field's value to the current date.
Now supports relative dates in filters and most reports; this must first be enabled as an advanced setting in the VSys Anywhere site. Relative date editors now display a preview of the date resulting from the currently-selected rules.
When merge templates are used to generate the mouseover hints of a result in VSys Live/Anywhere, e.g. the schedule lookup tool, conditional references in those templates are now supported.
Changed how VSys Anywhere time distance units (a combination of numeric/spin editor + units/combo) are edited.
More uniformly applies translations (including search and replace translations), especially to certain "static" texts such as application statuses.
Various tools now show a loading indicator when opening an item if the skin "VSys Anywhere loading indicator" is enabled.
Custom calendars for birthdays and anniversaries now support merge templates
In mail merges, subletter detail filtering and sorting are now supported.
Various Send a message links now support viewing and changing the recipient's e-mail address plus HTML content for the message.
Tools that prompt for a supervisor, when determining the list of supervisors available, now only excludes those whose status is most definitely inactive (LOA, Terminated, etc.) instead of limiting that list to only those whose active status is only Active.
Revised how the drop-down list of supervisors is handled for assignments and job associations: it now no longer references the current object's volunteer and shows either the list of supervisors valid for the selected job (if present) or the list of all valid supervisors, not limiting that list to only those supervisors linked to the current volunteer.
Profile editor
Adds floating Save and Save/stay buttons that only appears when one or more changes have been made.
When editing or creating a profile, if the web user ID for the person matches the e-mail address or login for the current user, the incoming value will be ignored; this is intended to deal with cases where the user's browser auto-fills this field based on the user's login information.
Now supports editing a person's alternate and phonetic names.
Addresses now support Valid between dates.
Now shows a person's age next to their date of birth.
Expired certifications and trainings now show highlighted.
Now properly applies security restrictions to comments. A newly-created comment remains accessible to the user who created it even if that user does not have access to view/edit/delete those comment types; the next time the profile is loaded, normal security rights apply.
Active date can now be set to up to 180 days in the future.
When editing existing hours records, now shows the End time that corresponds to the given Start time + Duration; now allows editing the Duration and/or the End time of an hours record.
Listings of background checks and certifications now show for each item if they were created as a result of a VSys Live application,
Now supports overriding the datatable style used for listings within the profile.
Person lookup
Now supports forcing profiles to be opened in a new window.
Mouseover hints for people, simple listings of the person's assignments during certain date ranges can now be shown.
Lookup using advanced criteria now includes Groups, People types and Excluded statuses as always-visible filters.
Now can optionally include the Company filter via the tool profile.
Now supports including a Send a message link for people; this allows sending an e-mail, SMS/text message or kiosk message without requiring a letter template.
Now supports including an Add attachment link for each listed person.
Reports
Select a report now shows, for each report, the type of report being selected
Custom and custom column reports now support the filtering option Include records without a matching address.
"My reports" now supports deleting of reports and forwarding report results to an external e-mail address.
Reports based on custom reports now support explicit sorting.
Saved reports gain the property Instructions; when used in VSys Anywhere, reports and user-configurable reports now display any instructions associated with that report
For VSys Live online trainings taken using VOXI version 4.0.1.122+, VSys One and Anywhere can now run reports based on the quiz questions and answers associated with those trainings. Note that filtering here is done on the basis of the training (not the questions/responses), and this data is only captured by VSys Live when that version or higher of VOXI was used during the training. Note also that if an older version of VSys One (prior to 4.0.1.122) is used to edit and save changes to these trainings, the detailed question/response records may be lost.
Demographics Reports and Program Statistics Reports now support filtering on person type and group when used in VSys Anywhere and as user-configurable reports
Now experimentally supports summary/crosstab reports.
Hours summary reports now support de-selecting summary fields plus setting the fields to be totaled and summarized.
Assignment calendar reports now support filtering on supervisor and user-entered header and footer values.
Slot calendar reports now support footer values and Name display style.
Filters
Filters on interview now support the property Interviewer.
When filtering on certifications, now experimentally supports detailed filters on specific certification fields.
Slots
The slots creation and slots editing tools now support setting the Required groups and Required people types and VSys Live dates properties of slots.
The "Edit slots" tool, when used in inline editing mode, now allows the deletion of slots with 1+ volunteers assigned. Any assignments that have an active-like status will be changed to Cancelled by staff; all assignments in the slot will be disconnected from the slot before the slot is actually deleted. Now supports cancelling slots; cancelling a slot sets all active assignments in it to Cancelled by staff and hides the slot in VSys Live.
Slots setup tool, added the new field Hide assignments which are not active which suppresses assignments that don't count toward the slot being filled
In the Assign a volunteer to a slot tool, users can now explicitly override underlying job requirements and assign a volunteer who otherwise doesn't meet the requirements of the job
Edit slots tool now supports enabling overfilling of slots via its tool profile settings.
Security
Added the new security option, Allow VSys Anywhere users with no mobile number to log in without SMS; when enabled, a VSys Anywhere user who would otherwise require two-factor authentication via text message is exempted from this if they don't have a valid mobile number.
VSys Live and Anywhere now post "trace" (audit log) records in the background.
VSys Security users now have the property Disable VSys Anywhere password reset.
Projects
The Project home tool now loads a built-in default template when created.
When creating a new project, now adds the default job group "General".
Within a project, it's now possible to copy the job groups/jobs, locations and/or job slots from another project into this one.
Projects within VSys Anywhere now support the Project group property for setup and for searching.
Listing of people within a project now supports individual actions on entrants as well as bulk messaging and list management selected; now includes a column with each person's assignments in the current project and support filtering on assignment and assignment location can now edit the Role and/or Delegation for individual entries.
Experimentally supports letter templates based on "People in projects". These letter templates can be created and edited in VSys One or VSys Anywhere, but can only be used within VSys Anywhere from lists of people in a project and are unavailable for use in VSys One.
Mail merges can now be run (experimentally) from within a project.
Dashboard feeds
Now support Requested site and Requested department as properties .
Charts based on hours records or "Who's checked in" now support filtering on the basis of the current user being the supervisor of the job and/or the hours record.
Tool profiles
Now offer the setting In all tool editors, only show custom fields for which the user has a matching security ownership tag; if enabled, in VSys Anywhere reports and filters, custom fields where the user and the field each have 1+ ownership tags and there is no overlap between the two sets, those fields are suppressed.
Adds the option Don't automatically give superusers all rights to all ownership tags; if this is checked, then ownership tags must be earned (either explicitly or via a role) even by superusers and superusers don't get all ownership tag rights by default.
Newly-added tools now default to allowing editing, allowing creation, and filtering on security ownership tags.
