Entering Interview Results

To enter results of each interview, use the Interview Manager.

  1. Select the Interview types, then enter the interview date into the Date between fields
  2. Click Get interviews to see all interviews of those types on that date.
  3. For each interview, click on it to bring up the interview's details. Enter the new Status (usually Completed) then the Score, Result and Comments. Click Save to save that interview's results.
  4. Click Interview reports to print a report of the details on the interviews you've worked with. VSys will require that you save any changes you've made so far, click on Save when it prompts you.
  5. Select the report to print (usually "Interview results"), enter the criteria, then click Print.
  6. Click Back to return to the Interview Manager.
