General

• Connect VSys users to their Active Directory accounts for authentication.
• "About this tool" links all throughout VSys.
• Integration with the all-new VSys Live web tool.
• Links to online help.

Reports

• All-new assignment calendar reports.
• New reports and filters to show who is late and who has missed their assignments.
• More report outputs – RTF, PNG images, and PDF for e-mail to make it even easier to e-mail report results to someone else.
• Calculated and lookup images within reports.

Communication

• Standalone E-mail/SMS Robot
• Automatic assignment reminders via e-mail and/or SMS text messaging.
• Internal SMTP relay for the E-mail Robot so you don't need your own SMTP mail server.
• Receive messages from volunteers via the kiosk, web or even text messaging.
