When to Use VSys One

Use VSys when you need to set up and monitor staffing and assignments, screen volunteers, communicate with your volunteers, track hours, assignments, mandates, and donations. Use VSys for requests from volunteers, benefactors and management. Track all of your communications, whether by phone, printed letter, e-mail or web.

The question, then, is not "when should I use VSys One?" Rather, the question is "when should I not use VSys One?" All we can come up with is that VSys has not yet been programmed to make a proper pot of tea.

No project or organization is too large or too small for VSys. Use VSys every day for:
