How does VSys Live work?

VSys Live is runs directly from within your IT department, works directly with your live database, and is 100% under your control. It comes in three layers:

1. The website itself, running on Apache Tomcat
2. VOXI, the VSys One eXchange Interface which connects to your SQL Server database and provides all of the VSys business logic
3. Your SQL Server database.

As a staff member or administrator everything you do with be within VSys One (the Windows application). Volunteers go through VSys Live which gives them a web interface to just their personal information. VSys Live offers:

• Secure (SSL) connections for volunteers
• Live signup for jobs with realtime information about openings
• Live hours entry
• Tools for your volunteers to send you messages
• Volunteers can update their existing data without filling out forms from scratch

VSys Live is an added module. Please discuss adding this feature with your Bespoke account representative.

Changes made by you or your volunteers take effect immediately with no synchronization needed.
